Ons Henia is a Business Advisor, Timeline Engineer, and founder of Conscious Mind Vision. After 8 years of academic studies and 4 degrees in Market Finance and Financial Engineering, she left the corporate world to pursue consciousness and metaphysics work full-time. In 2023, she started publishing daily content on Instagram and grew her following from 2,000 to 500,000 in under 2 years, without paid ads, as a one-person business.

She developed the IFAR System, a proprietary framework mapping the 4 variables that govern every Quantum Shift: Identity, Frequency, Action, and Residue. She built the 9-Stage Timeline Map to give cycle breakers a precise diagnostic for where they are and what's making them loop the same reality over and over again. These two frameworks became the foundation of The Quantum Formula, her signature digital offer.
